Sarah Fisher

My name Sarah Fisher. When I signed up with Insight Fitness I weighed about 215lbs. I wanted and needed to get down to 150lbs. My journey began when I participated in in my very first Mud Run. I had an extremely difficult time completing the course at my weight. I felt unhealthy, ashamed, angry and embarrassed by my body. I needed a change and I looked to Insight for help. 


My journey proved to be a long one requiring lots of adjustments, will power, and never quit attitude.  I first signed up to do circuit training 3 days per week for 30 minutes with Guy. My ability to work hard for longer periods of time got much better. After several months and establishing a solid base, I began weight training three nights a week. Also my food choices were much better and I started seeing changes in my body. One pound at a time I made progress towards my long-term goal.


Today I am just 5 pounds away from my NEW GOAL weight of 145 pounds! I feel stronger, healthier, and I am tone and more defined. I have learned that there’s no substitute for consistent workouts, good diet, and determination..Set your mind on the idea that failure isn’t an option but it is part of the process. Insight Fitness helped me fight through the roadblocks, make necessary adjustments, and they never let me quit. I now feel stronger, more confident, and I’m enjoying a new found sustainable lifestyle.
