Workout Library

Here's a collection of conditioning circuit workouts. We use a timer to keep the workout pace going strong. Work for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds as you go though each exercise in the circuit. Perform 5 rounds. Rest 1-2 minutes between circuits. You can always adjust your timer to fit your current fitness level (40 work/20rest etc..) These circuit's we'd a consider moderate to advanced level.
